This video was taken in the Churchland area of Portsmouth, VA by my friend Michael Hester. He sent it to me over e-mail after he took it and almost immediately after I watched it on my computer, I saw it on the news. I live about 2 miles away from where this was shot. This is the same storm system that took out a 100 homes in Suffolk, VA only about 10 miles away.
